I decided to spend some time today triaging bugs on the Criterion Bugzilla and I seemed to have woken up our good bug-fixing friend Simon (who is probably quite used to seeing my name all over the place now). Here's some information on the status of certain bugs:

Many issues where player data could not be loaded because the PS3 thinks it's for a different user have been fixed by yesterday's PS3 firmware update, 2.60.
Issues where the PS3 could not sync or install trophy data rendering Burnout completely unplayable have been fixed by yesterday's PS3 firmware update, 2.60.
Some Road Rule Times not making it to the leaderboard, issue was apparently server-side and fixed. Unsure if it has gone live or not.
Occasional randomish frame rate drops improved by more recent firmware updates. No info on which updates.

Bugs confirmed fixed in future Burnout Paradise updates:
Being on a bike for a certain amount of time keeps you from then being able to switch to a car (Bug 91)
In a Ranked Racing room, looking at the map or being in a menu when the race starts freezes the PS3 (Bug 92)
Paradise freezes in the Junkyard (Bug 119)
Fixed regression where Police Sirens weren't seen/synced with other players (Bug 141)
Carbon cars in different colors (not sure if this means we won't ever see colored carbons again or what...) (Bug 131)

Bugs that are tagged for future fixing:
Players have different weather when ranked racing (Bug 117)

Bugs confirmed as won't fix for the time being:
Clock sync issues between mulitple players getting stuck (Bug 112)
Mistakes in French Easy-Drive menu (Bug 120)
Ubershall misspelled "Uebershall" on some car skins (Bug 128)
Logitech steering wheel unusable with Bikes (Bug 126)
Scoring a takedown at the exact end of a race causes a freeze (Bug 161)
Leaps of Faith 4p Timed Challenge bug where crashing resets your jumps (Bug 88)

I'll add more to this list as I get more updates.
