I think they are trying to grab ideas from this site to work on theirs. We should battle them.

Wow, what a poser. Well, if one of us could manage to put together some sort of event maybe we could see the most barrel rolls that can be done. And we will see if Jackrabbit is willing to prove the 27x barrel roll. I bet you that is probably his age or maybe he was playing a different game. According to my calculations of the angle, weight of car, handling, and speed needed; It is virtually impossible to even be able to get the amount of air and time to even do a 27x barrel roll. Unless maybe he had somehow accidently falllen through the road/ ramp and have barrel rolled that many times. Maybe he had crashed and did a 27x barrel roll. So, set up an event with him and tell him to "prove it".

Burnout Aholics have been around for ages, built mainly off the back of the official Xbox forums. They're not a rival site at all and I have no intention of making them one. In fact we even link to them and they link back.
The site is run by ZombieTron and Xandu and is well worth visiting.

Haha, I think all of us here know that such a thing is clearly impossible without a glitch. I loved your whole 'calculations' part NFSCAMARO :P

But yeah, they probably fell off the map, ive fallen off the map on the Read Lane and done a fair few number of barrell rolls, didnt count mind cos .. well i didnt have anything but sky to land on.

Operation Burnout came first, and we (at BurnoutAholics) really like the site here!

When we first started BurnoutAholics it was (and still is) predominantly a blog site for burners, with our own articles on the earlier Burnout games. It is our homage or altar to everything Burnout. The news has our own editorial slant and I think there is room in the Burnout community for both sites and more!

We didn't want to directly compete with Operation Burnout so resisted adding forums until our users demanded them, and now Operation Burnout has blogs too, so I guess we are even! :P

We have removed the 27 barrel rolls from the top 10 until JackRabbit sends us verification!

Sorry about callling ya'll a knock off of Operationburnout. I just saw ya'll for the first time yesterday and with the x27 barrel roll from JackA$$ I just swore out that some little kid made this all up.


FORGIVE ME ! ! I'll look at more facts before I start to trash other sites.


I still think Burnoutaholics Vs Operation Burnout would be fun matches. A little friendly competition never hurts.

27x or even 28x barrel roll is possible using the jump in / out technique with the extreme hot rod off the bridge on the i88, amongst other places.
