Boostracer, the way I see it is it depends on the room and the rules the host sets. If I come into your room and you put up a Stunt Run, the first thing I ask you is if you play with takedowns. If you do, then cool, I will play by your rules and I will do awesome no matter what. If you don't allow takedowns during Stunt Runs, then I won't touch anyone and will even protect you from guys trying to take you down if I am eliminated and you are going for a record. My point is that me and the group I play with simply DO NOT do takedowns in stunt runs. Most of my friends try to ENCOURAGE each other to beat our personal records and even each other's records. It's just the way WE play the game, and we have had some really awesome scores! It is a personal preference, NOT fodder for elitists like Skyline who think "their perception" of how a game should be played is the only one that can be challenging or fun.

Another way you are acting like a douche for no damned good reason, is that MOST PEOPLE playing this game consider getting a few million points in a stunt run to be damned hard, if not a "hardcore" challenge. And, honey, the concept of a hardcore challenge, in case you haven't the ability to figure it out, is hardcore in the sense that it is far harder than Everyone meet up in the Wild Cats Baseball Stadium, boost for ten seconds, and any of the other 498 EASY challenges.

Skyline, why you would want to piss all over a thread you aren't interested in because of your own geeky obsession with "takedowns being the only fun way of playing this game" is actually quite beyond me. Why not, instead, PUT UP YOUR OWN CHALLENGE, rather than insult mine? Or is that too much like actually contributing for you because you would much rather be a condescending prick, trying to ruin the idea of someone who actually is making a contribution?

Since the forum has been dead, however, even troll activity like yours seems like a breath of fresh air, so by all means carry on if you want to continue being an elitist geek-o-holic.

The difference between me and the two of you douchebags, is I DO NOT judge how other people play the game they paid their money for. I am in it for MY FUN and the fun of anyone who joins me. As for being butt-hurt, I started out playing this game doing nothing but takedowns, but quickly tired of that. I never said takedowns are bad or wrong, and yes, they are part of the game.

Just because I CHOOSE to keep them out of my rooms because I define fun differently than you does not make me wrong or "bad at this game." And I already offered to school either or both of you any time you like, but you ignored it.

By the way, in addition to making takedowns and combo kills part of Stunt Runs, Criterion also gave the host the ability to kick people from the room. This means that I am NOT saying they were wrong for making those rules, only that they obviously intended to allow the host to set the tone and make room rules as he or she saw fit. So your moronic tirades about me fancying myself above Criterion are irrelevant. Because I respect the rules of the rooms I enter as well. Whined and cried when they suggested it, SkyCunt? No, not at all. In fact, of the two Stunt Run competitions on this site I participated in (One with takedowns and the other without), I WON one and came in second in the other one. And tha was before I started getting good at Stunt Runs. By the way, CryLine (See I can come up with girly names too, idiot ) The only comments I made about it was when the original thread for the competition was posted and the people running the competition were ASKING for suggestions, I gave mine. I also agreed to participate in the takedown Stunt Run as well.

If you define that as crying, then not only are you a gay little ass clown, but you cannot read either. I will leave it up to you which one is worse.

Guys, I am ALWAYS up for a good argument and flame war on the Intrawebs, but I would prefer to use this thread for something productive for the forum community. So...I emailed Cooper, and asked him to clean the troll and argument crap out of this thread as I am trying to contribute to the community here, not argue with idiots who have nothing to contribute. Hopefully we will remove ALL OF OUR argument posts and th thread can get back on topic.

That much is clear since you (being the one butt hurt) have never even responded to the challenges I issued. Since you cannot put your money (what little bit you may have) where your mouth is (probably because the dick sticking out of it is in the way) then have fun with your boring ass little takedowns. Paradise is one huge and awesome game, and guys like you only care about one little sliver of it, takedowns. If that ain't boring, douche, I don't know what is.
