Are the downloadable tracks still Available? Please tell me yes

I just got this game and the first thing i went to do was download the extra tracks. Well all it says is "there was an error downloading, please try again later" has anyone tried downloading these tracks lately? Do they still work?

You can get them off a ton of sites, I'm not sure if it works via that way, since I never even bothered using that way.

E.g.

thanks, I did some searching last night I found that one at PSP fanboy and I got the other from Operationburnout in the old news section. :D

how many tracks are there? 2 or 3?

I do believe there are only two, Carnival Point and Red Gate.
